Who is responsible

Emanuel Gabbay, trading as Qualifyr — an exempt dealer registered in Israel — is the controller of the personal data described here.

What is collected, and when

Nothing is asked of you to read the site. Data is collected at three moments:

• When you buy. Your business email address and your business name. These are the only two fields the checkout has, and both exist so the Blueprint and everything around it can reach you.
• When you book a fit call. The name, email and time slot you give the Cal.com scheduler embedded on the booking page. This goes to Cal.com, who process it on our behalf.
• While you browse. A randomly generated visitor identifier, a session identifier, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from, stored in your browser. Alongside these we record which sections of the page you saw, how long each was on screen, how far you scrolled, and which buttons you clicked.

Our hosting provider additionally records standard server request data — IP address, user agent, timestamp and requested path — as part of operating the site.

What is deliberately not collected

Card details never reach this site. Payment is processed entirely by PayPal. We receive a confirmation that a payment completed, an order reference, and the email address attached to your PayPal account. We never see, handle or store card numbers.

The analytics stream refuses contact details. The collector that receives browsing events strips out any property named as an email, name, phone number, company, message or free-text answer before anything is written down. Analytics tells us which sections were read; it is not permitted to tell us who read them.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we run no advertising or social media tracking pixels.

Why we are allowed to hold it

• To perform our contract with you. Your email and business name are needed to deliver what you bought. Without them there is no way to send it.
• To meet a legal obligation. Records of a sale are retained because tax law requires it.
• Our legitimate interest in understanding the site. Analytics exists to show which parts of the page are read and where people stop, so the page can be improved. It is not used to make decisions about you individually.

Who else receives it

Three processors, each for one purpose:

• PayPal — takes the payment and issues your receipt.
• Cal.com — runs the fit-call scheduler.
• Vercel — hosts the site and holds the server logs.

Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it. Nobody else receives it.

Where it goes

The site is operated from Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Our processors operate internationally and may process data outside your country under their own published safeguards.

How long it is kept

• Analytics and browsing data: 14 months. Long enough to compare a month against the same month a year earlier, and no longer.
• Order records: seven years. Your business email, business name, the amount and the order reference are retained for as long as Israeli tax law requires accounting records to be kept. This period is not discretionary.
• Server logs: for the retention window of our hosting provider, which is measured in days.
• Fit-call bookings: held by Cal.com under their retention policy, and deleted from our side once the call has happened and is no longer needed.

Local storage, and how to be rid of it

The identifiers described above are kept in your browser's local and session storage rather than in cookies. Clearing site data for this domain removes them completely, and browsing in a private window prevents them being kept at all — the site works normally either way, and the only consequence is that a later visit is no longer recognised as a return visit.

What you can ask for

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to the analytics processing, or ask for your data in a portable form.

Write to privacy@qualifyr.net and you will get an answer within 30 days. Requests are free. If you are in the EU or the UK and are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

One limit worth stating plainly: order records held for tax purposes cannot be deleted on request, because the obligation to keep them overrides the preference to remove them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Anyone with an open engagement will be told directly rather than left to notice.
