Who you are contracting with

Emanuel Gabbay, trading as Qualifyr — an exempt dealer registered in Israel ("we", "us").

The Blueprint is sold to businesses, for business purposes. It is not a consumer product, and consumer distance-selling rights do not apply to it.

What you are buying

The Qualifyr Blueprint: a written qualification design produced specifically for your business, covering what your current qualification is costing you, your criteria and disqualifiers, the signals that mark a strong-fit lead, your intake questions and the paths they open, your scoring, weighting, tiers and priority logic, and the action paths for qualified and disqualified leads.

The Blueprint is a design document. It is not software, and it does not include building or operating the system it describes.

Price and payment

The Blueprint costs 500 USD, charged once, at the time of purchase. Payment is handled by PayPal, by PayPal balance or any major debit or credit card.

No VAT is charged. As an exempt dealer we are not registered for VAT and issue a receipt rather than a tax invoice. Any tax arising in your own country is yours to account for.

How it is delivered

• Your intake form is emailed within one business day of purchase, with a link to book a 45-minute working session.
• The Blueprint is delivered within three business days of that session.
• It is then walked through with you.

These timings depend on you returning the intake form and attending the session. Where they slip because we are waiting on you, they run from when we receive what we are waiting for.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, ask within seven days of the walkthrough and you get a full refund. There is no form to fill in and nothing to prove.

So that the seven days always have a starting point: if the walkthrough has not been booked within 30 days of the Blueprint being delivered, the seven days run from the delivery date instead. This exists so the window closes on its own rather than staying open indefinitely, and it is the only circumstance in which it does.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and requested by writing to emanuel@qualifyr.net.

Revisions

Send your gaps and corrections together within seven days of delivery and they are addressed in one consolidated revision. This covers correcting and completing the Blueprint as delivered. It does not extend to redesigning it around a business that has changed since the working session.

Credit toward implementation

If you go ahead with a build, what you paid for the Blueprint comes off the implementation total in full. It is not a deposit and not a discount — it is the first phase, already paid for.

The credit is valid for 12 months from delivery, applies only to an implementation carried out by us, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Taking the refund and taking the credit are alternatives, not both.

What we need from you

The Blueprint is built from what you tell us about your business. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and yours to share, and that you will provide it in time for the working session. What comes out is only as good as what goes in.

Who owns what

The Blueprint delivered to you is yours. You may use it, adapt it, and implement it — with us, with someone else, or on your own — without restriction and without further payment.

The methods, templates, frameworks and know-how used to produce it remain ours, and nothing here transfers them. We may reuse them for other clients; we will not reuse the specifics of your business.

What is not promised

The Blueprint is a professional judgment about how your inbound qualification should work. It is not a guarantee of any commercial result — not more revenue, not more or better leads, not a particular conversion rate. Nothing on this site claims otherwise, and no statement anywhere on it should be read as a forecast of your results.

You remain responsible for your own decisions about your business, and for complying with the law that applies to you — including the data protection law governing the leads whose information passes through any system you build.

Limits of liability

Our total liability arising out of the Blueprint is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

These terms may change. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you bought, and the date at the top says when that was.
